The delivery time is 2-3 weeks from receipt of the firm order. An order is firm when four conditions are met: you accept the drawings supplied by the manufacturer, the delivery date is confirmed, the advance is paid and — if you want the foundation design as well — you send us the geological survey of the ground.

In three instalments: 50% advance by bank transfer when the order is placed, 40% before the tank is delivered and 10% after commissioning. The guarantee instrument for the deferred instalments and the currency clause are set in the contract, and the percentages can be negotiated.

Five years on the equipment — the tank itself — and two years on the consumables, meaning the accessories.

Access to the unloading point must be easy for 20-tonne trucks, with the conditions to unload and to store the materials under cover. The water source for the leak test and 220V and 400V electricity must be less than 15 metres from the installation point. Installation, sealing and testing take at most 10 days from taking over the site, and no more than 45 days is recommended between installation and the leak test.

Every tank is accompanied by the complete list of materials with their specifications, the certificate of conformity and the certificate of quality from the manufacturer, the aviz tehnic and the agrement tehnic, the aviz INSP, the technical approval for the EPDM geomembrane, and the design for the tank foundation.
