1. Who processes the data

This policy applies to our site and to the contact form on it.
2. What data we collect, why, on what basis and how long we keep it
2.1 The data you send us
When you fill in the contact form, we collect:
- the name you enter;
- your e-mail address;
- your telephone number — optional, only if you fill it in;
- the subject of the enquiry, chosen from a list;
- the text of the message you write;
- the fact that you ticked the consent box and the moment you did so.
Why: so that we can reply to you, prepare an offer for you and keep the thread of the discussion.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above — withdrawal does not affect the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
How long: 3 years from the last contact with you. After that period we delete the enquiry.
What we do not do: we do not send you a newsletter, we do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not pass it to anyone for commercial purposes.
2.2 The data recorded automatically when you visit the site
On every page opened, the site records:
- the IP address you come from;
- the type, version and language of the browser, the operating system and the device type;
- the country, region, city, postal code and time zone, determined approximately from the IP address;
- the page opened and the page you came from, if there is one;
- the campaign tags in the link, if you arrived through an advertising link;
- the time spent on the page;
- a technical identifier of the visit and whether you are a new or a returning visitor.
Why: so that we understand how the site is used, which pages are of interest and whether something is not working.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site.
How long: 12 months, after which the data is deleted.
2.3 What we do NOT collect
We do not ask you for and do not record data about health, beliefs, political or trade-union affiliation, ethnic origin, intimate life, financial situation or banking details. The site does not take payments and contains no online shop.
3. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track your behaviour on other sites.
We do not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. If this changes, the policy will be updated beforehand.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, the contact form will no longer work.
4. Who your data reaches
We do not sell or rent data to anyone. It reaches only the providers that make the site work:

These providers may process the data outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union and in the United States, on the basis of their own data protection safeguards.
We may also transmit data to the authorities, if the law obliges us to.
5. Your rights
Under Legea nr. 195/2024, you have the right:
- to find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy;
- to ask for the correction of inaccurate data;
- to ask for the erasure of the data;
- to ask for the restriction of processing;
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- to receive the data in a portable format;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the processing carried out beforehand;
- to lodge a complaint with the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (the National Centre for Personal Data Protection).
Write to [email protected]. We reply within the period provided by law. We may ask you to confirm who you are, so that we do not pass the data to someone else.
6. How we protect the data
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to the enquiries received is held only by the people in the company who need it in order to reply to you.
No system is absolutely secure and we do not promise you that it is. If a breach occurs that may affect your rights, we inform you and notify the authority, as the law requires.
7. Children
The site is addressed to companies and to adults. We do not intentionally collect children's data. If you find out that a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top. If the change is important, we announce it on the site.
