1. Who operates the site

The site is operated by A.E.R DAR SRL (IDNO 1025600069148), which operates under the trading name FireProtect, with its registered office at mun. Chișinău, str. Paris, 51/2, of. 43, Republica Moldova. Contact: [email protected], +373 60 301 327.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

2. What this site is and what it is not

The site presents the above-ground water tanks that we supply, install and commission in the Republic of Moldova, together with the services related to them.

The site is informative in character.

• It is not an online shop. You cannot order and you cannot pay on the site.
• We do not display prices, because every tank is sized according to the project, the site and the requirements of the permit. The price is set by an offer.
• The information displayed does not constitute a binding offer. A commitment arises only through a written offer and a signed contract.

3. Who manufactures the tanks

The tanks we supply are manufactured by TankRom Construct S.R.L. of Ploiești, Romania. A.E.R DAR SRL does not manufacture tanks: we supply, design the foundation, install, commission and provide the servicing.

The technical approvals, permits and certificates presented on the site belong to the manufacturer and cover the tanks we supply. They are not certificates of A.E.R DAR SRL.

The works presented in the projects section are carried out by the manufacturer. We show them because they are exactly the product and exactly the technology that we supply.

4. Rights over the content

The photographs, the descriptive texts of the products and the materials about the works belong to the manufacturer, TankRom Construct S.R.L., and are used with its agreement.

The rest of the content — the structure of the site, our own texts, the FireProtect mark and graphic elements — belongs to A.E.R DAR SRL.

You may not copy, reproduce or use the content of the site commercially without written agreement. You may read, save and share pages for personal or professional use, indicating the source.

5. The technical data published

The dimensions, capacities, materials and installation conditions published on the site are those communicated by the manufacturer. We reproduce them as such.

Always check the data applicable to your project together with us, before taking a decision: the requirements of the permit, the geological survey of the ground and the conditions of the site may change the suitable solution.

6. The contact form

The form serves for writing to us. Sending it creates no contract and no obligation for either party.

Please do not send sensitive data through the form and do not send illegal, offensive or automated messages. We may refuse to reply to such messages.

The data from the form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Links to other sites

The site contains links to the manufacturer's site and to our social networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites and we do not control what they do with your data.

8. Availability and liability

We strive for the site to be available and the information correct and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We may modify or withdraw content at any time.

Within the limits permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from the use of the site or from the impossibility of using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
